Our fennel is a versatile vegetable, with a crisp texture and a distinctive aniseed flavour. It's sourced from M&S Select Farms who choose the pick of the crop for M&S. Cooked or raw, it will add a fresh, aromatic lift to salads and roasts alike.

This fennel is perfect for roasting. Wash before use. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. 80g make up 1 of your 5 a day.

Best stored in a fridge.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Wash thoroughly. Slice in half and place into a roasting dish. Add a little oil.
220°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 7, 20 min
