Preparation and Usage
Preparation Instructions
Take the pastry out of the fridge and allow to adjust to room temperature for 10 mins. Carefully remove the filo pastry from the packaging and unroll onto a flat surface, cover with a damp cloth or kitchen paper so it doesn't dry out. Brush the base of your baking tray with oil or melted butter. Each filo pastry sheet should be brushed with oil or melted butter before adding the next. Brush the top filo pastry sheet with a little more oil Place your baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C, bake for 10 mins or until golden brown and cooked through.
Baking times will vary according to recipe. Not suitable for microwaving.
