M&S Found Kratosija

Kratosija (as in Krat-O-Sha) closely related to zinfandel, has been grown in north Macedonia since the roman empire. It produces powerful, spirited, versatile red wines with redcurrant and cherry aromas.

Style: Ripe, full bodied, unoaked, dry red wine
Taste: Black and red cherry, hints of sweet tobacco
Food: Flavoursome meat, aubergine, cabbage rolls

Grown since antiquity in the ancient land of what is now the country of North Macedonia, Kratosija produces flavoursome, rich velvety reds. Tikves winemaker, Marko Stojakovic, recommends pairing with local pulled aubergine Moussaka.
