Normally playing a supporting role in red wines, this rare single varietal wine made by Domenico De Gregorio of Settesoli reflects the grapes assets: deeply coloured and fruity but without harsh tannins, making it a versatile wine to sip or pair with local Sicilian speciality Aubergine Caponata. Best enjoyed within 2 years of purchase. Suitable for vegans.
