Free range egg pasta, made in the North of Italy by on of Italy’s oldest pasta producers, using 20% egg to give a tender texture. Perfect with rich meat and cheese sauce. Simply boil for six minutes. Serves 6.

Serving
Drain pasta when cooked, toss in your favourite sauce and sprinkle the mixed pasta and sauce with grated parmesan cheese.

Boil - From Frozen. 7 mins
Remove all packaging.
Bring to the boil 1 3/4 litres (3 pints) of lightly salted water in a large saucepan, add pasta and return to a gentle boil.; Boil - From Chilled. 6 mins
Remove all packaging.
