Gently drain pasta when cooked and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favourite sauce and sprinkle with grated parmigiano reggiano cheese.

- Bring 1 3/4 litres (3 pints) of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add pasta and return to a gentle boil.
