To enjoy at best, cook from chilled. Can also be frozen, but the chicken and rice may lose some texture.

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
For best results microwave.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 3 mins 900W 2 mins, 30 secs
Cook on high (100%).
After 2 mins stir curry compartment, re-cover and cook for remaining time.
Allow to stand for 1 min.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 10 mins
Preheat oven.
Place on baking tray.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 20 mins
Stir after cooking.
Do not reheat
