To enjoy at best, cook from chilled. Can also be frozen, but the chicken and rice may lose some texture.

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
For best results microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 4 mins, 30 secs, 900W 4 mins
Cook on high (100%).
After 2 mins, stir the curry compartment, re-cover and cook for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 1 min.
Stir after cooking.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 20 mins
Preheat oven.
Place on baking tray.
Stir after cooking.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 30 mins
