An authentic Italian pasta made using whole wheat and durum wheat by the Felicetti family in the Italian Alps. This spiral pasta pairs well with rich sauces for a quick and easy meal. Cook over the hob for 10 to 12 minutes. Serves approximately 6.

Hob - From Chilled. 10-12 mins
Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently. Do not cover the pan. Drain and return pasta to pan.
