Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. Remove product from packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 13 mins, Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
- Preheat oven
- Place the fish on a lightly oiled foil lined baking tray
- Top the fish with the butter pellets and place in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 13 mins, baste halfway through
Allow to stand for 2 mins; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins 30 secs
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat
- Place the butter on the side
- Reduce to medium heat and cook for 6 mins, turn halfway through
- Add the butter pellets to warm pan and melt gently for 30 secs before drizzling over the product to serve

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
