Keep Frozen

Carving
For best results, carve thinly using a sharp knife.
1. Secure a large chopping board by placing on top of a damp cloth.
2. Transfer the joint onto the chopping board.
3. Secure the joint by pushing a fork through the centre of the meat and hold firmly.
4. Using a sharp knife, cut into thin 5mm slices.
5. Only carve as many slices as required to preserve the succulence and tenderness of the joint.

Oven cook - From Frozen. Handling Raw Meat Safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking. Remove sleeve and film. Preheat oven.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour 30 mins - 1 hour 50 mins
Cover joint with foil. Place foil tray in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 15 mins. Remove foil from the tray and baste with juices. Increase the temperature and continue to cook for the following times:
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Rare 15 mins
Medium 25 mins
Well done 35 mins
For best results defrost before cooking. Place foil tray in the centre of the oven and cook for the following times:
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
Rare 30 mins
Medium 35 mins
Well done 45 mins
Rest for 10 mins before carving. Do not reheat.

Storage:
Keep frozen -18°C for best before end and frozen on, see front of pack. Eat on day of purchase if not kept frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
