Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.

Cook on high (100%). Remove film lid.
Stir halfway through cooking.
Allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Fish only
Electric 200°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 20 mins
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging.
Place on a preheated baking tray.
