Introducing the british beef brisket meatballs by tom, one of the classic and modern dishes with a kerridge and m&s twist.
These british inspired dishes are the result of a joint passion and love for making quality food and ingredients more accessible for everyone.

The smokiness of the pulled beef brisket and bacon pieces give these mighty meatballs a real hint of American BBQ flavour. Combined with the spicy, tangy tomato sauce, they're an absolute winner.

Due to the nature of bacon, the meatballs may be a light pink colour when cooked. This product has been slow cooked for tenderness, therefore fat and juices may be visible in the pack. This is natural and will add flavour and succulence during home cooking.

This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours). This product must be cooked before consumption.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 22 mins, 160°C
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging, discard foil tray provided and place sauce sachets to one side
- Remove meatballs from the pouch, drain the juices then transfer meatballs to a suitable container and place in the air fryer basket
- Program to cook for 8 mins
- Add the sauce to the meatballs, shake the basket to evenly spread and turn the meatballs
- Return to the air fryer and cook for a further 14 mins
- Remove from the air fryer and leave to stand for 2 mins; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results, use the air fryer

Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 30 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging and set sauce sachets to one side
- Remove meatballs from sous vide pouch, draining the juices
- Put the meatballs into the foil tray and cook for 15 mins
- Turn the meatballs, and decant the tomato sauce around them
- Cook for a further 15 mins
