Perfect winter side

I have always loved celeriac as it's one of the most versatile vegetables you can get. Mashed, roasted, boiled, deep fried ... but this is a game changer! So quick to cook and the cheese just melts to perfection. Scrummy!

Well worth waiting for!

Have tried to get this for the last three weeks and it was constantly subbed with cauliflower cheese. At last a portion arrived and it was absolutely delicious. Shame it says it cant be frozen. Great accompaniment to any meat dishes. Extremely tasty and perfectly balanced. Will enjoy this one again and again!

Tasty side

Cook it at least 10-15 minutes longer than stated. Would be better if the mustard and vinegar were toned down.
