- Preheat oven and greaseproof paper lined baking tray
- Remove sleeve, film, sachet and thyme
- Decant the butter and vegetables onto the preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 mins
- Pour the glaze over the vegetables and add the thyme. Stir well and cook for a further 20 mins
- For extra caramelisation continue cooking for longer, checking regularly
