Recipes

You Will Need:
- 1 Goan Curry Kit
- 10g Butter or Ghee
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 165g Raw Prawns
- 150ml Water
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan on a medium-high heat and add the spiced ghee paste. Turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Turn up the heat a little and add the goan curry sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Then add 150 ml water and cook for a further 3 minutes.
3. Add the prawns and cook for a final 3-4 minutes or until the prawns are fully cooked.
4. Meanwhile, in a separate frying pan, add the butter or ghee, then add the whole Goan spices and lightly cook until the spices start to pop. Once cooked, drizzle over the goan curry and serve.
Optional: Sprinkle over some freshly chopped coriander.
Simple swaps: Replace the prawns with white fish. Add in at step 3.
