Certified PDO, this award-winning cheese is produced to traditional standards and expertly sourced for M&S. The flavour is mild and slightly sweet, with a subtle tang, and the texture is smooth and spreadable.

Spoon it onto warm toast, spread over crackers, or fold through pasta and risotto for a rich, silky finish. It also pairs well with pears, walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
