Squeeze the pouch to loosen contents before heating.
Cut top of the pack to make a 2cm opening and stand upright on a microwaveable plate.
After heating, leave to stand for 1 min.
Separate with a fork before serving.

1/2 bunch spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced
150g ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Pouch M&S Green Speckled Lentils
Handful of fresh mint, finely chopped
Handful of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation Instructions - Serves 2
1. Mix lentils from the pouch with the spring onions, tomatoes, parsley and mint and 2 tbsp olive oil
2. Add the lemon juice to taste and season with black pepper and sea salt
