Preparation and Usage
Thai Green Chicken Curry.
Cooking Time: 13-16 minutes
Ingredients:
280g chicken, diced into approx. 4cm cubes.
60g green beans, whole.
60g baby corn, cut in half length ways.
Method:
1. Heat 15ml oil in a pan, add the diced chicken and pan fry for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden.
2. Add the green beans and baby corn along with the jar of sauce. Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
3. Garnish with chopped coriander.
Do not reheat.
Serve with: Jasmine rice

not creamy and not spicy
A little does not go a long way.. not sure if it needs additional coconut milk but its just not versatile enough in my opinion

Absolutely amazing...
I really love this sauce with carrots, vegetables and tofu... It also makes a nice soup, if you had more water... Will definitely buy again...

Flavourless
nothing like a thai green curry it was flavourless and boring, no heat. Terrible get the paste and coconut milk and do it yourself.

Great tasting sauce without additives
Very good, I recommend. It’s the only Thai curry sauce without additives.
