Cooking Instructions - General. This product is raw and must be cooked.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W 5 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins, 30 secs
- Place 1/2 the contents and 1 lemon butter pellet from the pack into a microwaveable dish and cover.
- Heat on full power for 3 mins (750W) or 2 mins, 30 secs (900W). Stir well and recover.
- Heat on full power for a further 2 mins, 30 secs (750W) or 2 mins (900W).
- After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. - Heat a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan.
- Place 1/2 the contents and 1 lemon butter pellet from the pack in a pan on a moderate heat for 6-8 mins, stirring occasionally.
- After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min before serving
