Heat 1 tsp (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Turn frequently throughout cooking.
After cooking, leave to stand for 1 min.


GRILL
18 mins


Preheat grill to medium heat. Place on the middle shelf of the grill for the required time, turning halfway through cooking.


Do not reheat.
