Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
Check that product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Take care when handling product as skewers are sharp and become hot after cooking.
Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.; Grill - From Chilled. 12-14 mins
- Remove all packaging
- Preheat grill to medium
- Place tin foil over exposed ends of the skewers
- Place kebabs on grill rack
- Turn frequently
- Allow to stand for 1 min
- Remove skewers prior to serving
- The meat must be thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear
- The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining
