For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

NEEDS COOKING
FRY AND OVEN

FRY 4 mins
• Remove all packaging (including pad) and set the butter to one side
• Allow product to stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking
• Preheat oven
• Oil and season surface of the meat
• Preheat pan until smoking hot, add the joint and sear all surfaces until golden brown
• Transfer the joint to a roasting tray and place in the centre of the oven for: Rare 28 mins / Medium 35 mins / Well Done 45 mins

OVEN 28-45 mins
ELECTRIC 200˚C / FAN 180˚C / GAS 6
• Baste the joint throughout cooking
• Remove from the oven, cover with foil and rest for 15 mins before carving

MICROWAVE 800W 45 SECS BUTTER ONLY
• Place butter into a microwaveable container
• Cook on high (100%)
• Stir halfway through cooking

Do not reheat.

TO CARVE:
• Push the fork through the centre of the joint
• Transfer to a secure chopping board
• Slice the meat across the grain into 5mm slices
• Remove strings throughout carving
• Drizzle the remaining juices over the meat
