Cooking Instructions - General. Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Cooks in 23 mins - see reverse of label for instructions

Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 18 mins
Remove from pan and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of oven. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 5 mins
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Preheat frying pan over a high heat. Rub each chop with 5ml of oil and season with salt and pepper. Pan fry over high heat for 2 mins each side. Turn chops upwards onto rind and fry for further 1 min.
