Suitable for Home Freezing; Keep Refrigerated

Cooking Instructions - General. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Needs cooking; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 12 mins
Place onto a baking tray on middle shelf of oven.
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.
Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 5 mins
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, season steaks.
Fry on a high heat 2 mins each side. Turn steak onto fat edge and fry for further 1 min.

Suitable for freezing. For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
