For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Cooking Instructions - General. Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 28 mins
Transfer to a baking tray and cook for 28 mins on the middle shelf of the oven. Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 4 mins
Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Dry off the steaks and season with salt. Preheat pan with a small amount of oil on medium-high heat. Pan fry the steaks for 2 mins each side.
