Preheat grill to high heat. Remove all packaging.
Place medallions on rack and cook. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.
