Cooking Instructions - General. Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 16-20 mins
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product on rack and cook, turning occasionally. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 50 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Transfer belly slices onto a baking tray and season product. Place in centre of oven and cook, turning occasionally.
