Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 2 hours
Needs cooking
Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and ensure drip pad removal before place joint into a roasting dish, cover with foil.
Place on the middle shelf of the oven. Remove the foil for the last 20 mins.
Allow to rest for 10 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.
