Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C, 10 mins
- Based on a 1400W air fryer with a maximum basket capacity of 3.8L.
- Preheat air fryer.
- Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side.
- Place steaks in the air fry tray in a single layer.
- Program to cook for 8 mins.
- Add sauce on top of steaks and cook for a further 2 mins.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. Cook times are only a guideline. Air fryers vary in performance so consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking

Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6
- Preheat oven.
- Remove all packaging, place sachet to one side.
- Transfer pork onto a foil lined baking tray with all sauce.
- Place in the centre of the oven on the middle shelf for 14 mins.
- Remove from the oven, evenly apply sauce over the steaks. Return to the oven for 4 mins.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.
