Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C, 10 mins
- Based on a 1400W air fryer with a maximum basket capacity of 3.8L.
- Preheat air fryer.
- Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side.
- Place steaks in the air fry tray in a single layer.
- Program to cook for 8 mins.
- Add sauce on top of steaks and cook for a further 2 mins.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Cook times are only a guideline. Air fryers vary in performance so consult manufacturer's guidance. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 14 mins
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Remove all packaging, place sachet to one side.
- Transfer pork onto a foil lined baking tray.
- Place in the centre of the grill for 10 mins.
- Remove from the grill, evenly apply sauce over the steaks. Return to the grill for 4 mins.
- Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 18 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Remove all packaging, place sachet to one side.
- Transfer pork onto a foil lined baking tray with all sauce.
- Place in the centre of the oven on the middle shelf for 14 mins.
- Remove from the oven, evenly apply sauce over the steaks. Return to the oven for 4 mins.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving
