Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.
Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 85 mins
- Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 mins before serving
- Remove string and serve
Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 5 mins
- Preheat oven and pan
- Remove all packaging, heat 1 tbsp of oil in the frying pan over a medium heat
- Fry for 5 mins, searing all sides
- Transfer to a foil lined baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven
