Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking

- Preheat pan
- Remove all packaging, heat 2 tbsp of oil in the frying pan over a high heat
- Add the pork strips and reduce heat to medium
- Stir regularly
- Remove from the hob and rest for 2 mins before serving
Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
Do not reheat.
Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
