A heritage favourite with delicate pink skin, creamy white flesh, source of vitamin C and potassium.
First cultivated in 1907 by local farmer James Henry in the small Scottish village of Cornhill, Aberdeenshire.

Our Potatoes
These heritage potatoes are grown in the UK, thriving in fertile, well-drained soil rich in organic material that helps retain moisture. Our farmers allow them to mature naturally for around 120 days, helping them develop their signature light and fluffy texture.

Preparation and Usage
Wash before use.
Cooking guidelines
Boil - From Chilled. Roast
5-10 mins
- Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces
- Preheat some oil in a roasting tin
- Place potatoes in a pan, bring pan of water to boil, cover and simmer for 5-10 mins
- Drain and shake to roughen surface
- Spread potatoes evenly in the roasting tin, baste and place in an oven; Cooking Instructions - General. - Remove all packaging
For best results, mash
Product is extremely hot post cook, please handle with care.; Other - From Chilled. - Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces
- Place potatoes in a pan, bring the pan of water to boil, cover and simmer until tender
- Drain, return potatoes to heat for 1 min to dry
- Add butter, milk and seasoning then mash until smooth and creamy; Oven cook - From Chilled. 40-50 mins
Electric 220℃ / Fan 200℃ / Gas 7
- Roast uncovered until golden, turning occasionally
Jacket potatoes
1 hour - 1 hour 30 mins
Electric 220℃ / Fan 200℃ / Gas 7
- Preheat oven
- Pierce several times
- Place directly on the oven shelf
- Cook until tender; Steam - From Chilled. - Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces
- Place into a steamer or colander and steam until tender
- Or for a traditional cooking method, cook with the skin on and remove once cooked
