Stir Fry Meal Suggestion:
in a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add these noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot.
Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.

Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins
Needs cooking
Cook on high (100%). Pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Allow to stand for 1 min. Stir after cooking.
Do not reheat.
