Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
For best results, use the microwave
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800W 4 mins
- Remove sleeve and pierce film
- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Stir halfway through cooking
- Leave to stand for 1 min; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 3 mins 30 secs
- Remove sleeve and film
- Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a wok or large frying pan on a medium heat
- Add contents of pack and stir occasionally
