Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen; Suitable for Home Freezing

Stir Fry Meal Suggestion:
In a hot wok, add this protein and stir fry as per instruction. Add your favourite vegetables, noodles or rice and either a stir fry sauce or ramen broth and continue to stir fry until piping hot.
Serve immediately. Ensure all components are fully cooked before serving.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 4 mins
Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. Fry over a high heat for 4 mins. Turn halfway through cooking time.
Do not reheat.
