M&S Honduran Raw King Prawns Extra Large Frozen

Succulent and full of flavour raw Honduran extra-large king prawns. Peeled for convenience, these prawns are high in protein and can be cooked straight from frozen. Simply fry for four to five minutes and add to risottos, paellas and stir fries.

Preparation Instructions
Remove all packaging. For best results place frozen prawns in a sieve and under cold water for 3-4 mins until defrosted.
Gently shake to stop them sticking together. Defrost thoroughly before use.


Stir Fry
Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in frying pan until hot. Stir fry for 4-5 mins. Drain and serve.


Do not reheat.
