ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6
To serve hot - preheat oven.
Remove ham from packaging and place on an oven tray.
Pour half the glaze over the ham ensuring an even covering.
Retain the remaining glaze for use later.
Place the tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 mins.
Remove from the oven, place on a carving board and carve into slices.
Drizzle remaining glaze over the slices of ham.
Once heated consume on the same day. Do not reheat.

THIS PRODUCT CAN BE SERVED HOT OR COLD.

To serve cold - remove ham from packaging and rest for 15 mins.
Place glaze sachet into a pan of hot water for 5 mins.
Place ham onto a table presentable board or plate and carve into slices.
Once the glaze has become of a syrupy consistency pour over the sliced ham to serve.

Oven cook - From Chilled. For best results, serve warm.
