Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Needs cooking
6 mins
- Preheat 1 tbsp. (15ml) of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat
- Remove product from packaging
- Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper
- Place the fish in the pan skin side down
- Cook for 5 mins on a medium heat, turn and cook for a further 1 min
- Allow to stand for 2 mins
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
