Shake dressing pot before opening.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 12-15 mins, 170°C
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove dressing and set aside
- Decant vegetables into air fryer basket ensuring even spread and add 1 tbsp oil
- Program to cook for 12 - 15 mins, turning halfway through cooking
- Tumble in dressing and serve; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results, use the oven.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 28-30 mins
Electric 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6
- Preheat oven
- Remove dressing and set aside
- Tumble vegetables in 1/2 tbsp of oil and place on a preheated tray
- Cook for 25 mins, turning halfway
- Pour dressing over veg and tumble, returning to the oven for 3-5 mins until nicely glazed; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 16 mins
- Set dressing and tomatoes to one side
- Add 1 tbsp of oil to frying pan on a medium heat and add peppers and onions
- Cook for 5 mins then add in tomatoes
- Cook for a further 10 mins, turning throughout cooking
- Add dressing and cook for 1 min until glazed and serve
