lovely product
I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I love it, I have not had any limescale like others, it smells lovely whilst ironing, the scent is not very strong on our clothes but just enough that they stay smelling nice. I have tried other brands that just smell chemically and horrible. The only reason I give 4* and not 5* is I would prefer a bigger bottle and I would like the scent to be a bit stronger on my clothes.
A crusty iron
I have used other iron waters and chose this one due to its scent. Unfortunately after using in my iron a couple of times the steam holes have crusted shut with what appears to be limescale or some other mineral build up. This is a shame as even after emptying and cleaning my iron it no longer works as it did before. Nice scent but poor performance
Somehow Encourages Limescale
I bought this thinking I could use it 'in' my iron, the title certainly implies this, but I don't think this is right. My steam iron was doing just fine with ironing water, I thought I'd try this and unfortunate;y, there's a to of calcium which, after about 6 uses of my iron, it still hasn't cleared. Every time I use my iron, there are white bits that come out and I have to iron on a scrap piece of fabric before I start on my items. Just really disappointing.
