Boil - From Ambient. 20-25 mins
Bring a pan of water to the boil.
Plunge potatoes into water and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Drain.; Cooking Instructions - General. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 35-45 mins
Preheat oven. Preheat some oil in a roasting tin. Spread potatoes evenly in roasting tin and baste.
Roast uncovered. Turn once during cooking or until golden.; Steam - From Ambient. 30-35 mins
Place in steamer. Or until tender.
