Cooking Guidelines
NEEDS COOKING
OVEN - CHICKEN ONLY 20 mins
ELECTRIC 190°C/ FAN 170°C / GAS 5
• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve
• Remove chicken from packaging and place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven
• After 10 mins turn chicken and cook for a further 10 mins
AIR FRY – CHICKEN ONLY
15 mins
180°C
• Preheat air fryer. Remove chicken from packaging
• Place chicken in the air fryer in a single layer ensuring evenly placed
• Program to cook for 15 mins
• Halfway through cooking, turn the chicken and cook for remaining time
• This is a guide only. Check chicken is crispy and cooked through
MICROWAVE
SAUCE AND RICE ONLY 3 mins
800W
• Remove chicken and cook as oven or air fry instructions above
• Remove sleeve, pierce film on both sauce and rice compartment
• Place sauce and rice on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
• Stir after cooking
Do not reheat.

Air Fry - From Chilled. Chicken only
180°C, 15 mins
- Preheat air fryer. Remove chicken from packaging
