25-35 mins
Electric 220°C | Fan 200°C | Gas 7
- Preheat oven
- Cut potatoes into evenly sized wedges
- Place wedges in a bowl, drizzle with oil, season as preferred and stir until coated
- Place on a baking tray and bake uncovered
- Cook until golden and tender, turning occasionally; Oven cook - From Chilled. 40-50 mins
Electric 220°C | Fan 200°C | Gas 7
- Roast uncovered until golden, turning occasionally
