Chicken Korma
You will need...
1 jar korma paste
1 medium onion, finely diced
1kg chicken breast, diced into approx. 4cm pieces
400ml coconut milk, (1 can)
Method
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on a medium heat. Fry the diced onion for 10-15 mins until softened and lightly caramelised.
2. Add the diced chicken to the pan along with the contents of the jar. Cook for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 mins until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
