Remove packaging.; Grill - From Chilled. Medium 8-10 mins

Oil and season product and place under a preheated medium grill. Turn halfway during cooking. Allow to I rest for 5 mins before serving. Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium 4-9 mins

Preheat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat and I season product. Cook on a high heat for 1 min on each side. Reduce the heat to medium and turn occasionally until cooked. Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.
