A slow-cooked classic made with flavoursome lamb shoulder simmered in a rich onion, carrot, leek and stout gravy and topped with sliced potatoes. Simply bake in the oven. Serves 1.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins
Preheat oven. Open the sous vide pouch using scissors and carefully transfer the hotpot into the foil tray provided ensuring the potatoes remain at the top. Place the potatoes evenly over the surface of the hotpot in the foil tray.
Place foil tray on middle shelf of oven.
Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Do not reheat.
