This traditional dish features tender lamb, carrots, swede and onions, all braised in a rich gravy. Our convenient meal for one is topped with roasted sliced potatoes that crisp at the edges during cooking.

Tender diced and minced lamb, carrots, swede and onions braised in gravy and topped with roasted sliced potatoes. Simply bake in the oven. Serves one.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190ºC, Fan 170ºC, Gas 5, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on baking tray.
Do not reheat.
