Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 25-30 mins
Medium, 25 mins
Well done, 30 mins
- Leave to rest for 5 mins before serving; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 5 mins
- Remove packaging and preheat the oven.
- Add 1 tsp of oil to a frying pan and place on medium heat.
- Season the loin with salt and pepper. Place loin fat side down in the frying pan to crisp up the fat.
- Transfer to a roasting tin & place in centre of oven

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. There may be a slight aroma on opening, which will not affect the quality or flavour of this product.
